Antique (1898) Turquoise and Pearl Band in 18ct Gold
Turquoise, pearl and 18ct gold - a perfect combination! This three stone band has the sweetest swirl engraving on the sides which has worn down with age. This ring was made in 1898, making it 127 years old this year, so I think a bit of wear to the engraving just adds to the charm!
The band is worn down a bit on one side at the back. The gems are not original to the piece, and have been glued into place, but I think suit they style of ring really well! The ring is 127 years old, so there is some scratching and surface wear to the gold, and there are some surface cracks and porosity on the inside of the band. There’s still a lot of life left in this ring and it’s ready to wear!
