We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia! Every piece of jewellery is sent tracked and fully insured at no charge - so the price you see is the total amount you’ll pay for your jewellery.

Please keep in mind that international mail can sometimes take 3-4 weeks to arrive - please message me with your location for a more specific timeframe. If you need your jewellery faster than this, please message me and I can give you a quote for a faster option.

Any import fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lay-by / Layaway

Yes, payment plans are available on any item!

I ask for a 20% deposit to secure the item for you, and then the remaining balance must be paid within a mutually agreed timeframe - normally within four months.

The deposit is non refundable if the lay-by isn’t completed, but it can be used as a store credit.

Returns

I am more than happy to accept returns on any items! Just let me know within five days of receiving your item, and post it back to me. For change of mind, I’ll refund the total cost of the item less shipping. If there is a problem with your item, please get in touch - I want you to be totally happy with your purchase!

Please note, I cannot offer refunds on items that have been altered by you (or your jeweller). This includes if an item has been resized or polished, so please keep this in mind before you alter your jewellery.
