Original, Antique and Vintage Fine Jewellery
This ring is a true Victorian delight and features so many things I love about antique jewellery. Beautiful hand engraving, turquoise in shades of blue and green and a beautiful belcher setting - in this case set with a lovely pearl.
Some of the turquoise have been replaced, including a couple which have been replaced with blue enamel. These match quite well so I’ve left them as is, although they could be removed and replaced with new turquoise if desired. One of the turquoise has broken in the setting and a small part of the gem is missing. This is only visible on close inspection. The engraving is worn in places but overall in good condition and still very detailed. There is some minor pitting and wear inside the band. Overall the ring is in great antique condition and ready to wear.
18ct gold (unmarked but tested to confirm)

This chunky rose gold signet ring has nice wide shoulders and a large shield, so it has a great presence on the finger. The ring dates from around 1890 - 1910, but is still so wearable today!
The shield is hand engraved with the initials ASF in a lovely script, although these could be removed if you’d prefer a blank singet or to add your own initials.
There is a join line at the back of the band where the ring has been resized before. There’s moderate surface wear and scratching to the gold, which could be polished out if desired. Ready to wear!
9ct gold (marked 9ct)

This five stone ruby ring is just so bright and cheery! Made around 1900 - 1910, the old cut rubies are so bright and such a vibrant pink colour. This ring is perfect to add some colour to a ring stack or wear solo.
There is some surface wear and minor chipping to some of the rubies, but this is only visible on close inspection. The rubies are bright and mostly quite well matched, although one is slightly more purple than the others, and one of the smallest rubies on the end is darker red than the others and possibly a later replacement. This darker stone also shows the most surface wear. The setting is in good condition but the band is slightly out of round. Ready to wear!
9ct rosey gold (unmarked but tested)
Size N ½ / US 7 - this ring can be resized. Please message me for a quote if you’d like me to resize this ring for you.
Measures approx 17.5mm across the row of rubies and 5.20mm wide at the widest point. Weighs approximately 1.87g
This 1930’s features three bright and lively Old European Cut diamonds in platinum illusion settings. This clever way of setting diamonds surrounds the diamond in textured platinum to make the diamonds appear larger than they are and was a popular way to set diamonds in the 1930’s and 1940’s.
Engraved A.S. - M.B. inside the band. This ring was likely an engagement ring and these are the initials are of the original owners.
There’s a few very tiny chips to the two smaller diamonds (visible under magnification). There’s light surface wear to the metal, and two small gauges to the gold on the inner edge of the band behind the settings. This can’t be seen when worn and doesn’t affect the wearability of the piece. Overall in great vintage condition and ready to wear!
18ct gold and platinum (marked 18ct and pt inside the band).
Size I and resizable. Please message me for a quote if you’d like me to resize this ring for you.
Measures approx 11mm across the front of the diamonds (from side to side). Weighs approximately 2.2g.
